Food Waste Biogas System
Food waste biogas system is the natural product generated during digester process of organic substance under anaerobic digester. With Completely Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) technology, the system can produce biogas. The biogas produced from food waste, decomposable organic material and kitchen waste, consisting of methane (CH4) approximately 60-70% and a little amount of carbon dioxide is an alternative fuel to substitute fossil fuel for cooking gas (LPG) or used for electricity generation.
Completely Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR)
CSTR is the stirring digester to mix and digest organic substance with high solid content at high efficiency. According to its stirring system, it can be increase opportunity to completely mix organic substances with microorganism. In the addition, it can be break floating scum layer, reduce sediments and dilute effect of toxicity substances inside the digester.
